Decree For Afrika
In behalf of all Afrikan peoples everywhere, I powerfully and sincerely subscribe to this wonderful and memorable moment of consciously turning to and calling unto the Everpresent Cosmic Supreme Being and Its Administering Intelligences, throughout the seen and unseen worlds, universes and dimensions, to now vividly inspire and implement illumination, love, security and progress in the Condition, Formula and Plans of Residency of the Earth applicable to peoples of Afrikan heritage, origin, background and concern.
We decree, affirm, and issue that the misadventures and compromises of Afrikan peoples be, today, pardoned and cleansed with overflowing Cosmic Light and Love.
We are part of You, Oh Cosmic Supreme Intelligence and upon the infinite and eternal love that immortalizes us in You, and makes us forever Your children, we call unto You to urgently and intensely summon all Afrikan peoples, as well as Your wisely raised Intelligences, Goddesses, Gods, angels and elementals to the labor of immediate material and spiritual upliftment, freedom and happiness of all sons and daughters of the race.
In Your name, Oh Everpresent Creatress-Creator-God in all and over all; upon Your power, love, wisdom and will, we inseparably and firmly stand, appeal, and issue that all Afrikan peoples, living or dead, be wisely guided to forthwith desist, resist and absolutely refrain from evermore giving complicity to their own oppression and undoing by continuing to serve the invisible and visible forces and causes, whether of the heavens or of the earth, under which the race has suffered much distraction, thwarting and repression for untold hundreds and thousands of years. Our deepest desire and innermost covenant is for the freedom and Light to co-persevere with You in serving all Thy creation with love. In all we will and do, let us be blessings and not betrayers of the integrity, decency and honor of the race.
Let there be perfect and inviolable protection for the friends of the Afrikan peoples and for all who are now working, and who will work in the future for the ennoblement of the Afrikan peoples.
We decree, affirm and issue, upon the wings of Your wondrous reality of Light, Power and Love, O'Beloved Mother-Father of all; we invoke, that all disruptive and chaotic forces and bosses, incarnate and disincarnate, from the heavens or upon the earth, visible and invisible, organized or unorganized, be forthwith arrested, corrected or be swiftly driven away from around about every Afrikan man, woman and child.
The Light is prevailing over the scheme of the beasts to distort organically world progression. The designs of the Serpent against The Houses of Afrikan peoples is completely doomed to disintegration and failure.
We desire, decree, affirm and issue that all hypnotic trances that overcast, dope and dim the Light of Afrikan souls and homelands be immediately dissolved and the ignorance which hampers harmony and progress of the race be cast off today and forthwith.
Certainly, by Your Cosmic Supreme Intelligence, the great soul of Afrikan peoples will renew the knowledge of its true identity, purposes, destiny, and possibilities and it will be rendered exalted and creative, for the good of the whole world and its heavens, to Thy glory O' Creator-Creatress of All.
